Ideas for our first neighborhood skill swap

If Northstar House hosted a small neighborhood skill swap, what would you teach for twenty minutes? I could show a simple method for mending a torn tote bag. I would love ideas that need only a table and supplies people can bring from home.

I would offer a quick lesson on turning a broad idea into a one-page workshop plan. Paper, pencils, and one real example would be enough. We could also leave five minutes between sessions so nobody has to rush to the next table.

A plant-cutting exchange could work well if each pot had a care card. I would add a quiet station where people can label what they brought and learn without joining a group conversation right away.
